Free Shipping? For Real?

Yes. Some items qualify for free GROUND shipping. As promotions change often, we refund the shipping price to whatever method of payment you use at the time of processing.

For example...We reguarly offer Greenlee/Tempo items with free GROUND shipping. When you add the item to your cart, you will see a shipping cost. If you wish to have the item shipped GROUND, continue the transaction and as soon as we process the order on our end, we will immediately refund the shipping to whatever method you used to pay for the item.

This will not apply if you need expedited (3 day, 2 day, overnight, etc) shipping methods.
