Is Your Information Secure?
  We are committed to providing you with a secure shopping environment All orders are encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption technology. This is a process which scrambles your credit card number so it is unreadable by anyone but us here at datatelephonesupply.com. After a transaction, we purge all credit card information from our database so there is no chance that any unauthorized access could possibly find your information, as it simply does not exist with us.
Adding Items To Your Cart
  You can add items to your cart by navigating through the products and making your selection, or doing a search in the upper left hand corner of our site. Once you find the item you are interested in, simply press the button and your item will be added to the cart. Continue to add items until you run out of money, and then click the button underneath the search bar which will take you to your shopping cart.

Removing Items From Your Cart
  When you are on the shopping cart page, click the box under "select" and then "delete" to remove the item from your cart. You can do this with multiple items, if you wish.
Shipping Methods And Rates
 

Our website is set up to use UPS as its default shipping method. Any service they provide, we also provide to you. This includes:

UPS NEXT DAY AIR (early AM, standard)
UPS Second Day Air (early AM, standard)
UPS 3 Day Select
UPS Ground

and all international services. We are able to ship to you using your UPS account number as well. We also can provide Fedex services and USPS services. If you wish to have another service rather than UPS, you should select "I want to pick this up at your store" and give us the information in the additional fields where specified. We do not charge a premium on shipping.
Return Policy
 

We strive to make your purchasing simple and the products you choose to purchase useful. With this being said, we understand that sometimes you'll have to return the product for an exchange or refund. Please notice the following information regarding returns/exchanges.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Opened media (dvd, cdr, tape, etc) is not eligible. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

All items are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee, enforced at our discretion, providing they meet the following requirements:

A) They are not marked final sale, nor are they items that are not eligible for return (had to be said).

B) We offer a 30 day return policy on our products. Your return (along with a copy of the reciept stating the reasons for the return) must be in our hands within 30 days of the purchase date.

C) Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

D) Items are shipped to us in sturdy packaging (to minimize shipping damage) by a carrier who provides tracking numbers and offer proof of delivery. This alleviates 99% of any sort of discrepancy of item receipt.

If the above conditions are met, defective items will be replaced with no shipping charge to you.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

If you choose to ship your items to another address, please be made aware that we won't recieve them and will not be able to process the return.


Sales Tax
  Residents of North Carolina will be charged 7% sales tax. Any order not placed in North Carolina will not be charged sales tax.
Forms Of Payment We Accept
  We gladly accept American Express, Diners, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa for credit card payments. We also accept cashier's checks, Paypal, wire transfers, and money orders. We do not charge your account until your order has shipped.
How To Check Your Order Status
  To check on your order status, please click the Order Status button located under the search page to your left. You will need to enter your email address specified while placing the order and the order number you have received by our automated email system.
How To Track Your Shipped Order
  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the address specified in your order. This will give you your tracking number along with any relevant information to your order. This e-mail originates from UPS.COM. DO NOT reply to this email with questions, as your question will not be answered as this is an automated message. If you have questions regarding tracking, call us or email us. You can also visit our UPS tracking page located under the search button on the top left if you'd like to plug in your tracking number to our system. This will give you up-to-date tracking information.
